Shipping & Delivery

All orders include FREE international shipping over 150€ which is approximately 135 GBP or 184 USD. 

Your order is shipped from our warehouse located in Lisbon, Portugal.
While we cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged in transit due to the performance of our carriers, we will assist our customers in any help they need with our shipping suppliers.

Processing Times

All our products are made to order so we need 3 to 5 days to print, expertly hand-cut, prepare and pack your products so they get delivered safely to your home.

We ship Monday to Friday excluding weekends and local holidays, we don’t guarantee Saturday deliveries.

You will receive a confirmation email when the order is dispatched and on it’s way to you. Please note that tracking information may take 48 hours to update.

Your order will not show any progress from the order day until it has been dispatched. This doesn't mean that your order is sitting in our warehouse waiting for a scheduled pickup, instead it means that it's travelling through our production line for printing, laminating, cutting, quality control and packing.

Incomplete addresses and other details may delay processing times by a day or two, please review your shipping and billing information before you pay for your items to avoid unnecessary delays.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. If for some reason we are having issues with shipping to a specific country, we get in touch with the customer to let them know.

Wrong Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you can. We will do our best to make the change. Please include the order number with any request.

Not Delivered

Most of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact us.

PO Boxes and Aramex

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Aramex.
